I just loved getting the opportunity to capture some memories for Jason and Kristen to celebrate their anniversary.

What better theme for Georgia’s Cake Smash session than a Peach theme. This sweet little girl rocked her session.

I just love these custom Cake Smash sessions set ups that I’ve been able to do lately. Especially when moms come to me with unique ideas, like Axtyn’s Pickle Cake Smash session. Little Axtyn loves pickles and just loved his cake. He had so much fun eating his cake and just look at that smile.

With the feeling of fall finally in the air and the excitement of Halloween growing, we decided to take our clan on a little adventure. 

I'm so excited to finally be able to post these beautiful bridal portraits. Congratulations to Michaela and Tanner as they were married this past Saturday at Emerald's View venue in Lawsonville, NC.

On July 22nd and 23rd we will be having our Ice Cream Daydream session event. As always we poured our heart and soul into creating the best setup possible with no detail left out. We really wanted to create something straight from the imagination of a child.

Tiffany and Reese’s was one the most unique stories I’ve ever heard. It’s one of those stories that just make you feel all warm inside.

The first time we ventured to Charleston was very much by accident. As a matter of fact it was something my husband did that landed him in hot water.

Jaxon is strong willed, sensitive, wild, imaginative, sweet and he’s kind of a maniac. Jaxon moves non-stop and I mean constantly, like to the point if you don’t hear him moving it’s concerning.

I first met Micah when he was two years old, about to turn three. He’s always been imaginative and inquisitive. He’s definitely the jokester of our kids, always eager to tell a new joke or a funny story to lighten the mood.

She is passionate, strong willed and sometimes fiery. She is very artistic and loves to draw pictures or little notes for all the people in our family. When she sets her mind to something she will not rest until it’s done.

What came to my mind more than anything was my family, and I was reminded that in the absence of them I wouldn't be who I am. I am a wife, a mother, a homeowner, a pet owner, I work to help provide, and I go to school to attain knowledge and further myself in life. I decided that the best way to show myself was through my family and what my daily life looks like.

On our way back home we made a not so slight detour to Virginia Beach to see our good friends Josh and Blair Tucker. Just to get something off of our chest, we really just wanted to see their 6 month old son, Bowen.
