Terms and Conditions - Please read carefully! *

The Client shall reimburse Photographer for any additional costs the photographer may incur for travel, parking, and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services. The client must pay $200 of package pricing at time of signing. Any time 30 minutes beyond the chosen package time will be compensated as such: the bride and groom will pay an additional $150/ hour for the extra time and photographs taken. Upon signature, the Photographer reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the retainer is non-refundable, if the event is canceled for any reason, including, but not limited to fire, extreme weather, break-up, and/or financial hardship. A retainer is to be paid at the time of parties signing this contract. Reservation retainer is applied towards the contracted photography package upon completion of this contract. If for any reason, the client changes the event date, the retainer can be transferred to the new event date if the photographer has the date available; otherwise, there is no refund for retainer paid. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer’s direction. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. The client understands that the number of photographs taken at the event can vary greatly and that engagement photography by nature is an art, subject to the creativity of the photographer and her personal artistic style. The client understands that he/she has chosen the photographer because of her photographic style, and will grant the photographer the right to exercise her creativity in the interest of creating the best images possible. The client understands he/she may not demand a refund or a redo due to differences in artistic preferences of the final images. In the event of an unforeseen medical emergency in which the photographer can not photograph the event, the photographer will make a reasonable effort to arrange for a substitute professional photographer to conduct photography. If the photographer cannot perform this agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, or nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the parties or due to photographer's illness or injury, then the photographer will return all fees to the Client(s) (minus any costs already used i.e. plane tickets) but shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. In the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, stolen, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer, the photographer agrees to reschedule another session to do a reshoot. The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays. A link to your online gallery will be provided to you within 8-12 weeks of the session. You will receive a notification via email or phone when your gallery is ready for viewing. Online galleries will be made available for viewing for a period of 90 days.

Model Release *

Cheyenne retains Federal copyright of all images created and reserves the right to use all created work in her online portfolio, on business forms and her own printed marketing and promotional material, in her commercial work, and to submit for professional print competitions, local/national gallery exhibitions and magazine publications, both printed and online. However, she greatly respects your personal privacy, and will honor your wishes if you have a privacy issue or preference. You may request that your images not be shared in any of these avenues. Please check no below, and follow up with an email to Cheyenne if you wish to discuss any specific instructions or boundaries with her, including the online gallery slideshow for print ordering purposes. By checking yes, you agree to the following: "I hereby consent that my name and the photographs taken and presented by this photographer may be used by Dream Catcher Photography for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or any publication to promote the business. I also agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this model release and fully understand the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I have legal authority to grant these permissions and I accept all responsibility for such. (If under 18, we will need a parent or legal guardian's signature.)"
